iCBT Programmes for Depression, Social Anxiety and Generalised Anxiety

NOTE — ICBT PROGRAMMES

In the 2024–2026 national pilot, CARC cooperated with the Helsinki University Hospital, the Children’s Clinical University Hospital and the National Psychiatric Health Centre to implement first digital therapy in Latvia for adolescents and young people with depressive and anxiety disorders. 1,006 young people aged 10–26 received iCBT within the pilot project. All three protocols showed clinically significant improvement and patient acceptability.
