The Child and Adolescent Resource Centre (CARC), founded in 2018, is a community-based mental health service for adolescents and their families in Latvia. With 14 regional branches and a multidisciplinary team of 125 specialists, CARC provides state-funded services to adolescents aged 10 to 17 with mental health difficulties and substance use risks.
